The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Dead Is The New Sexy Sun Aug 20, 2017 3:00 pm

Jim lay silently on his side, listening to the drip, drip, drip! of the leaking pipes, something he would have imagined an old mansion such as this would have, and further would have imagined someone like Oswald Cobblepot would never bother to get around to fixing. Or more likely, he simply didn't give a shit to start with. Whatever. Jim had his own problems, and after weeks gone missing, he knew Sherlock and the others were frantic to find him. But London was a world away, more, really, an ideological light year away, and the two cities, with their recent declaration of shared cooperation in fighting crime were at cross purposes.

Jim and Sebastian Moran ran London.

The Penguin and the Riddler ran Gotham.

And never the twain should have met ... yet alas for all parties concerned, Gotham PD was now sticking its long nose into the business of London, and same for New Scotland Yard. It wasn't working out well, and now the two once entirely separate enterprises were finding themselves in a far more direct line of fire - as well as competition. Oswald had taken great offense to this, and began to seek war with Jim, who was always more than happy to oblige such requests from all comers. However this time it had backfired, and with very little ado he had been kidnapped right from Regents Park, in full view of onlookers - who were perhaps delighted to be rid of him.

Three weeks.

Or was it seven, eight?

They were starving him. Beating him. Tire irons and maces were frequent visitors to the filthy wet cellar. Oswald's goons came, too. Lustful and merciless, they had savaged him in every way possible, adding to the horror. Broken bones lay unset, healing in mad arches and wrong circles. Jim wanted to care no more but as long as sensation and consciousness were a reality, he had no actual choice there. He had refused to beg for such a long time. But now his screaming belly forced the issue.

Unfortunately ...

No one cared.

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Edward Nygma Sun Aug 20, 2017 3:49 pm

No one cared, no. No one in this mansion anyway. And yet.. The next time the door swung open and a person stepped in it wasn't a guard ready to beat him up or torment him in some way. It was a tall, lanky man in a sharp green suit and large glasses. More importantly his entrance was followed by a delicious smell; coming from a wrapped up dish he held in his hands. Standing in the doorway, was no one less than Edward Nygma, setting foot in this cellar for the first time.

Penguin had unfrozen him, finally, after months. He'd threatened to freeze him like that again if he didn't help him; and if he did he'd let him go. Edward had little choice but to do his bidding at this point; unless he wanted to turn into a human ice-sculpture again. So Edward, be it reluctantly and with a massive grudge, played his part, for now. ... That didn't mean he had to sit idly by while their prisoner was being treated this poorly. There was no need for it. No sense for it. Just Oswald throwing another tantrum. And while Edward couldn't openly defy Oswald or.. god forbid.. stab him in the back, he took what little joy he could get in defying him in the smaller things. ... Such as this. Because technically, Oswald had never forbade him to bring his prisoner food.

"I made Ravioli," he told the pale, exhausted-looking Irish-man plainly. Putting the plate down, he shoved it over to the man, keeping a safe distance himself.

"..He's treating you like an animal, isn't he?" he asked, eyeing the man's injuries and noticing the dark color underneath his eyes. "..Or like an Arkham patient. Maybe he views this as a sort of retribution, now that he's holding the right end of the stick." Edward smirked half amused and half annoyed at that, folding his arms over each other.

"Best finish the plate so I can take it away again. Unless you want Oswald to find out. If he does I doubt he'll allow me to bring in more later on."

Jim attacked.

The food, that is.

"Good cop - bad cop. Dull. So dull, so ordinary, so done to death." He murmured, dark eyes leveling up to meet Ed's own. "Poisoned food would be passe, but I think you have some creativity left. But please - leave off the idea that you're doing something naughty to help me." He made a rather grand gesture, but sadly the truth was, none of this was even happening. He was still laying there, eyeing the food, pathetically hungry and helpless to even feed himself now. The entire rebuttal to Edward was a pleasant little fantasy. He made a slow, shaky clawing motion towards the food, and looked up at Edward now, like a frightened puppy. What was in his head and heart and what was being projected were two horribly different things, and he realized it, but Jim no longer had options of how he presented himself.

He was soiled and shamed, beaten and defeated.

"..............ngh." He groaned. So hungry. So terrifyingly hungry. The chain rattled lightly as he reached to the food, fingers attempting to navigate the fork and failing. Completely. "Ngh."

Where was death when you needed it?

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Edward Nygma Sun Aug 20, 2017 6:11 pm

Edward stared down on the suffering man and dropped his shoulders with a sigh. He hadn't expected the man to be in this bad of a condition. He really needed to have a word with Oswald about the etiquette of tending to war-prisoners.

... Now what? Help this man? He'd be helping him but at the same time it would feel like degrading him. Then again, if he didn't help him with this now he might not even survive. And Oswald's fury would rain on his employees, even if he was the one responsible for this prisoner.

"Fine.." he grumbled, as if the prisoner had asked him a question, and he moved closer to sit down beside him. "But you better not try to kill me with this spork. I would have no qualms beating you to it, and in this state I most certainly would."

He unwrapped the plate with delicate movements and picked up the water bottle first. "You're dehydrated; I can tell from your sunken eyes and cracked lips. You'll need water more than you need food so we'll start with that." He helped Jim up to sit against the wall, and - supporting his head - brought the water bottle to his lips to allow him to drink from it.

Jim choked lightly but then took the water down in huge, gasping gulps that were sheer desperation all wrapped up in a very simple physical action and need, driven by despair at its utmost extent. Jim was, at this point, dying, and it would turn out to be Edward that was actually saving his life -- for whatever reason, even if merely to offend and rebel against Oswald in all this. But it didn't matter to Jim Moriarty anymore. Very little did, even Sherlock and Sebastian were dim and distant facts, lost in the hubbub of a mind rankled by rape, starvation and near total madness.

Whatever issues Jim had had, they were now accentuated by his physical and mental condition - and emotion state was over the edge, in every respect and every degree. He swallowed the water as if it were some rare and magical elixir of life, which it indeed was just that for him right now, wasn't it, really? Desperation. It ran through every atom of his being, his very presence was of need and hurt.

And he hated it.

"Eat.", he mewled weakly, in a dead dry voice reeking of pain and yes, even fear. "Please." Had he ever even thought of that particular word ... ever before, in his very life?!

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Edward Nygma Tue Aug 22, 2017 9:53 am

Edward watched the man drink the water for dear life; and couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed. He'd hoped for a good conversation. He hadn't had an intellectual conversation in quite some time. Hell, he'd almost resorted to having a non-reluctant conversation with Oswald. Almost. He would have if it wasn't for the fact Oswald had told him Joker was coming over; which gave Edward all the more reason to hide out here in the cellar. Because yes, he'd rather spent time in a cold cell with Oswald's prisoner than spend any time near the Joker.

Still, this man was in no state to have an actual conversation. "..I'm definitely going to have a word with Oswald. I'll see if I can persuade him to be less brutal on you. I don't make any promises though."

He set down the bottle of water and went to scooping up his Ravioli on the spork. Yes, a spork. Something he couldn't easily harm himself or Edward with. "I know you can barely move but I'm going to need at least a little help," he commented, holding up the food in front of him.

He tried to keep quiet while Jim ate, but in the end the urge to talk always beat his attempt at trying to stay quiet. Edward loved to talk. Always. With anyone.

"If it's of any consolation.. At least Oz didn't freeze you." Although he wasn't sure that would be worse. It had hurt immensely, feeling his body freezing over like that. The unfreezing was even worse. He'd been shuddering for a week after that. But still, all that time in between, he'd felt nothing. It was just a black gap in his memory. No, it wasn't the pain or cold that was worst about it all. It was the massive dent in Edward's ego; being displayed to Oswald's allies and enemies like a damn trophy. Just the thought of it made his fist clench tighter around the spork.

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

".... f-freeze."

"You?"

It gave Jim the dull horrors and here he was, literally on the edge of death itself, raped, beaten, tortured and starved, and yet what Edward had just said had very suddenly taken him to a place very far down a much darker road. And here he wouldn't have expected there to BE a darker road. But it seemed there were worse things after all, and the very fact that whatever this was he had alluded to might could just happened to Jim - well - that in and of itself was a catalyst for paying attention.

"Explain."  he croaked out wearily. No thank you for the food, thought - the man should know.

"More food?"  he asked hopefully?  He felt like a bottomless pit.

This was a very strange place to be, not merely metaphorically but literally as well. The scents and sounds that radiated outward in cascading volleys of unfriendly filth from this cellar were extraordinary -- it made Jim realize that despite all the things said and considered about him back home, there were in fact, people far, far more insane than himself. It was bracing, to make this sort of realization, honestly. Sherlock had always teased him rather viciously, and in ways that seemed to deeply anger the extremely protective Sebastian -- that Jim was the very worst of London's mad.  Perhaps in London, yes he might still hold sway. Not here.

Gotham had it's own Monster.

If Edward realized that his words only served to panic Jim even more, he did a very good job at hiding it, as he just nodded and went to get more Raviolli on the spork he brought. He was secretly pleased the man asked him to explain, even if it was a delicate topic. Anything to keep talking.

"Well, it's.. exactly how I put it, to be honest. We were best friends once, but.. then he killed the woman I loved, because he thought he was in love with me and got jealous. Then I put a bullet in him and threw him in the river. Then he came back; turned out to be alive. Then he knocked me out and kidnapped me. Then I escaped and tried to kill him again. But then he got back the upper hand and he had his friend turn me into an ice sculpture; to put on display for the guests in his club, as some sick, practical joke."

He frowned to himself. "Alright admittedly it's not as simple as I initially claimed," he mumbled, before holding up the spork to Jim's mouth again to feed him some more.

"Made ...for ..each other."

Jim mumbled, shutting up to allow himself to be fed what had turned out to be the most incredibly delicious food in existence, apparently. Nothing had ever even come close to the culinary delight of this exquisite concoction - perhaps due to the fact that he was very literally starving to death and this just might save his life. None of that, it was good, it was wonderful, so wonderful!

"...you ...love him? ...you two ..sound.. me ... sherlock ...Sherlock."

It actually hurt to make words come out physically. Hurt. But he wanted to get it out. Somehow he wanted to help this man who was clearly risking his life to help him. "Y-You two ... in love ? Or ......no? Terri-ble - to - each other." Jim gasped a little as his stomach spasmed lightly. "Terrible!" From what he had just heard, this man - what was his -- oh yes, Edward - and Penguin had been in love. Or was that right? No there was something more going on there, something else was at play, at work, did they hate one another? Jim realized with a dawning horror that he was not able - physically unable in a total sense - to put thoughts together in any sort of genuinely normal way at all right now.

Where was Sherlock, where was Sebastian? This was the first he had even remembered they existed in some days now. But Edward ... was saving his life, and he was starting to return to a shadow of normalcy.

Edward merely cranked up an eyebrow at that comment and went about scooping more of the food on the spork. "..Made to kill each other, maybe," he commented, almost more to himself than to Jim.

He went ahead feeding Jim. With this and the water Jim should be feeling better very soon. The incoherent speech confused him somewhat though, from what he could even make out. He chuckled unsure as he thought he heard the other ask if he loved him.

"The guy froze me and put me up for display, and now he's making me work for him under blackmail. What do you think? ... And I don't know what a sherlock is. I guess your more physically exhausted than I thought; you're talking gibberish."

Soon enough the plate was empty and Edward went about cleaning it up in the package he brought it in. "I may not be in chains, Mr. Moriarty. But I'm no more free than you are at this point. That is the only reason I'm even still around here."

And yet.. if he wanted to leave so bad, why hadn't he tried to escape yet? Everyone knew he was mighty good at that. - Fear of being frozen again; or so he'd made himself believe.

Even though the food was eaten and there was no more water either, Edward kept sitting next to the prisoner in silence. He probably should be going back up.. But he feared maybe the Joker was still lurking around here. And even if he wasn't.. He didn't feel like spending time alone right now. He'd kept to himself for the last weeks, but Edward couldn't stand solitude for all that long.

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Dead Is The New Sexy Tue Aug 29, 2017 5:00 pm

Far thinner and far wiser, Jim sat in sated silence for a bit, regarding Edward even as the other man regarded him.

"Sherlock. Sherlock Holmes. My lover, my nemesis. My everything and my nothing. The beginning and the end of all things ... but then, there's Sebastian, mustn't forget my good and faithful pussycat." Now that was certainly going to seem as much like gibberish as anything else had done so far - and yet Jim Moriarty was actually making much more sense now than he had all along. He did feel better, and he was so strong mentally and emotionally that even this 'minor setback' as he insisted on calling this escapade to himself ... was not going to destroy him or his indomitable Will.

"Pussycat. Sebastian Moran. Otherlover. Otherman. The Other. As Sherlock calls him. And Sebastian calls Sherlock that filthy pompous freak. Among other delicate terms. Men, am I right?" Jim laughed and for once it came out perfectly, a soft, lilting little mockery, scornful and cruel yet speaking so much of the man behind the madness. "Look ...Ed. Edward. EDDIE. You need to get me out of here. And I'll help you, in any way you ask for. But you must. You can't leave me here as rapebait again. Okay?" There was a pleading hidden in there. You had to not only look very, very closely to find it, to search it out and really realize it, to locate it, but - it was there.

Jim wanted out.

There was a part of him that was now deeply traumatized and terrorized.

He needed out, and he needed out now.

He looked the other man up and down and snorted before turning his gaze ahead of him again. "I can sneak up on you or be right in front of you without you even knowing. But when I reveal myself, you will never be the same. What am I?" He let a silence fall before deciding to answer it himself. "Betrayal. ... That's all you get for love. If you feel it for two of them, I truly pity you."

Edward sighed and laid his head back against the wall of the cell before closing his eyes. Probably not the best idea to do right next to his prisoner. But he was feeling so exhausted. He had yet to recover fully from the ice-incident.

When suddenly Jim's tone of voice changed into something more pleading, Edward couldn't help but crack his eyes back open to look at him, though. A low chuckle escaped him in a puff of breath. "Are you seriously trying to get me to help you escape? You've got some nerve, I'll give you that.. Listen, I have nothing against you. In fact, I'm quite a fan of some of the work you pulled off in the United Kingdom. But I don't know you. Why should I risk my life to save that of a stranger?"

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Zoewilliams Wed Aug 30, 2017 4:35 am

He waisted no effort in slow lurking. No slow predatory snake like lurking. Instead, he fastly crept inside the cell of which Moriarty was imprisoned. Here he was in all his threatening murderous appearcence..though his face, the makeup had been partially removed off and most of what covered his face was now the stains of Edward's cooking. Whatever he'd been feeding off to Jim.
"This isn't pig blood, I swear." He raised up his right hand, eyes lowering to them with all honesty as if he was in a court being judged and trialed for as some suspicious crime. Except he only thing he might have committed was not washing his hands. They looked positively smothered!

'Tasty." He snickered, wiping his face disgustingly against his shirt and muffling into the sleeves. It didn't take much effort for the shirt to disappear in a matter of minutes. "There. See..." He jabbed his hands out to his sides, soon raising them to clutch the green strains of his fuzzed head, "don't I feel prettier now?!?"

He swung the shirt backward in the air, bringing the knife that he'd possessed earlier back to his attention, waving it wonderfully in front of his face and swinging it around the air.  Skipping towards Jim, he dropped downwards over his, fists  clutching at his collar while the knife was behind held somewhere to this throat. "Eyyyyy, Jimmy babe. Papa bird sent me to ya. Whatdayasay we have some FUN?!?.."

Looking back over his shoulder to Edward he made a face, then forcefully shoved Jim back to the ground. "Hiya." He pointed the knife at him and winked. "What's cooking good looking?" slowly he stuck his tongue to the knife, licking at the blade.

He was a man of shock. He relied on it. But it was in this case his digustingly outrageous attempts of flirtation  didn't have to reply on shock. He was purposefully hitting on Edward. Feeding his ego, as he had did so with penguin. In the green eyes of the monsterous clown, he had to take out Oswald and Edward. And to do that, he had to get Oswald and Edward to turn against each other.  It did seem like a brilliant plan. But why would he do this, if really none of this made any sense?

Because the man himself liked to piss people off. It was always satisfying to see who's skin he could get under.
As for Moriarty. Well. He was useless. He didn't have any need to rough him up. Where was the feel in it? Nah. Don't kill him, just torture and abuse him, exhausting him to the brink of giving up all sanity.
He smiled cheekily to himself. What fun. But could Moriarty serve him any good? What could he do...

Finally the joker called his hands together, turning back to poor irish bean on the floor excitedly. "Ooh wanna play slice the monkey?!" He grinned, griping Jim's small fingers in his hand and placing his knife in his palm hold. "See. Here. Say..I'm the monkey...I get you to laugh and if you don't laugh you slice me any where you like. Then you get to be the monkey. But the one who bleeds out first...LOSES!" A crazied darkness toned through his voice. Followed up by a bubbly assortment of happy giggles...as if he'd played this game before...

He rolled his head around, that murderous singsong voice speaking up in a high tune as he tossed the man behind a insanely charming but charmingly insane look. "Oh, Mr. cutie...? Wanna play too?"

Jim stared in a rather odd sensation of enforced stupidity brought on by shock.

He had just been about to reply to Edward: 'No, no, you don't understand at all, I can make it worth your while, things, ways, means you cannot begin to imagine.'. Yes, that was going to be his answer. Bring Eddie if not entirely or even at over to his side, then at least to the mindset where it might do him the most good to help out a tired Irish boy. Just might, hell of course it was at the very least worth a good ol' try. Yet. Yet now ... there was nothing but a sudden and very massive overdose of insanity in the room - and Jim wondered if it would help or harm his case if he were to let off an epic scream of pure uncut stress.

Uncut.

The term was dirty, and yet it wasn't. It mean a natural cock, untouched by the blade's searing kiss, but it also meant pure drugs. Pure coke, and so on and so forth. Pure cock, pure coke ..pure ... Jim Moriarty realized quickly his mind was just about to break. Literally snap right in goddamned half.  Un-cunt. Right. Un .. cunt. Jim begin to gibber-laugh, and he looked every inch the madman, as he shriveled back up into himself, curling into old reliable, the fetal position. "Mother Mary full of grace ..NO! NO HAIL Mary! HAIL MARY FULL OF GRACE ..."

Over and over and over and over.

Endless.

"HAIL MARY FULL OF GRACE ...FORGIVE MY SINS."

"OH MY GOD MY GOD .....SHERLOOOOOOOCK...."

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Edward Nygma Fri Sep 01, 2017 2:26 pm

Edward jolted in his spot when the door suddenly got slammed open and someone came down the stairs. He expected Oswald or one of his goons and if he was seen feeding their captive he'd be screwed.

When it turned out it was instead the Joker walking down the stairs, for a split second he felt releaved. ... Until he realized it was the Joker and that this was worse.

He quickly pulled himself up against the wall, back up to his feet. "What the hell are you doing here?" he hissed, obviously annoyed. What was Oswald thinking? First going against his advice to even invite this madman here and then sending him down this cell.

When the Joker approached Jim with a knife, Edward warily stepped aside. He didn't trust the Joker not to use it on him as well if he stood close enough. Of course just because Edward wasn't in arms-length, didn't mean the Joker couldn't still masterly annoy him like he always did. ... With flirting apparently, this time. Edward did nothing but give him a disgusted look.

"What do you want, Joker?"

Well, that question was soon answered when Joker turned back to Jim. Edward crossed his eyes impatiently as the Joker started threatening Jim and sighed frustrated as he appeared to be sending Jim into a catatonic state.

"Leave him alone, Joker. There's nothing left for you to break in him, what's the point? At this rate, all you're going to do is kill him. And Penguin is not going to be pleased with that."

It was never a good idea telling the Joker what he should or shouldn't do. But what else was there to be done? He was going to kill Jim at this rate.

"I'm not playing any of your sick games, Joker. You work for Penguin? Then, by default, you also work for me. And I'm telling you to get out of here."

He was bluffing of course. He wasn't that much of a partner to Penguin as he tried to make the man believe; he was merely doing his bidding. But there was a small chance the Joker did not know that.

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Zoewilliams Fri Sep 01, 2017 8:12 pm

"Grace? Grace?!" The joker snickered, as he yanked the knife away and curled it between his hands. "HAIL MARY, HAIL MARY mother of grace and mighty motherly earthy shit!!" He bawled, voice loud and cackling with laughter.the more Jim seemed to be petrified the more it only encouraged this mad behavior of his...madness. Madness, It was in a way that belong to him like a eruption would to a giant vocalcano. Rapid and terror. You never knew when he would explode.

"THERE. is. NO. Grace." He managed to mouth. The words escaped from his lips in a small Oohh, his face leaning close just enough so Jim would see the truly horrifying line that was the disfigured grin of his face. Chuckling again, he leaned away and stood back up to his feet, hover above him with curved cheeks. He was pleased. Very pleased.

Tuning, he waved a hand around, to motion at the walls around the room. "There is only madness, and...misery. And.." He then, lunged around, legs out walking to angrily kick at his shin. Doing this several times, he decided to finally stop and huff, stretching his shoulder out from his exhaustion. Not that he was exhausted with his little punch bag. He needed a new routine.
"Pain."

Throwing the knife aside, he pounced. Literally. Quite literally. Jumping down onto him, his thin pale hands clutched at his thoat, strangling. He licked his lips, thinking thoughtfully to himself. "hm. Yes..I do like the view!" he oohed, chuckling to himself very amusedly. One hand quickly freed away from his neck, only to give a good three slaps against the face. The third must have been more of a hard strike, considering his face was burning bright with entertainment. " What a nice view!"

He'd forgotten absolutely about Edward. So he looked up, eyes saddened with an ultimate expression that would make a angel's heart weep. This was not what he had in mind for his true intention. Anyone fool would no better.
"But papa bird said I could play." He pouted, scooting himself down against Jim so his his were resting on his. Edward would regret saying what he had said.

Leaning forward, the green haired man slowly rocked his hips, his pelvis thrusting friction upon the outside of Jim's pants. Hands residing on his shoulders now, he leaned forward to his neck and pecked his lips across his skin. His eyes still remain fixated on Edward and this whole time he had remained perfectly silent during the process.

Slowly his hips rocked, but this time, his ass lifted in the air. Sitting back up to his knees again, he winked, only once at Jim before turning back again Ed and deciding to claw his chest with his hands. Slowly, he the set of hands slid down to cup something- rather unspeakable to say as he did have a lot of junk in the trunk so he might as well have to wear a censor sign- and make a very loud unzipping noise.

"Can I play now honey boo?"

"No you can't. But I can."

Where did it come from, your last moments of strength and power? The momentum that lifts a car off a baby or saves an old lady from a speeding train.

In angry fatigue James Moriarty felt something give way deep within his soul, but this last of all the last resorts was no longer submission or surrender, but something far, far different. The moron had tossed the blade, true, but he had not tossed it far enough away from the small but needy - greedy - desperate hands of Jim. The Riddler was no aid, the Riddler like all men with few exceptions was into what was going to work out best for himself, and very little else. Jim knew this, Jim understood this, and he would think, act, and move accordingly now. So quickly did he move it would be a miracle if either of the others really saw more than a blur, and it was Moriarty giving it his very last go now.

Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures.

This was past all despair.

All he could do now was make the Action, and if it wasn't enough, then fuck it, it wasn't enough. But he did make the strike, and when he showed his hand, it contained the knife and that knife was now at the Joker's mangled throat. "Grandstanding. Bad idea. Going to just kill you and finally get that hot shower I've been needing. So what if it's a red one." All the adrenaline was pumping, his senses were jumping. To his addled mind that had all the best qualities of some depraved black love song. Or hate song. But it was what it was.

"I want to enjoy this." He couldn't get any of the foul beast's blood on his skin. Or even much worse, his lips, his mouth, his tongue. Horrific image. Horrific thoughts ...

Oswald entered the scene.

His small face twisted, handsome if somewhat innocent features turned down in horror.

"NO!! THAT'S not what I said to do!!" Goddamn it. Goddamn it! Why was it always this way?! Why did things always turn out so queered up and he used that particular term with great relish and intent, self hatred no longer merely simmering but now outright boiling over. Oswald shoved Ed aside with as much loathing and pain as he could muster, all the old bitter sadness welled up and erupting. WHY... why couldn't anything ever go right for him?

At least the little bitch was still chained!

"STOP. NO! Drop it!!"

As if to a dog.

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Edward Nygma Sun Sep 03, 2017 9:02 am

Edward watched in disgust and felt like he had to leave now; turn away at least. He didn't need to see this. Jim was right not to count on him to save him; because Edward indeed had his own problems and he wasn't going to stick his neck out for a stranger. There was that, and the fact that the Joker truly terrified him.

Still, he couldn't bring himself to look away. It was like a deer caught in the headlights of a car; completely frozen. Unpleasant memories swirled in the back of his mind every time the Joker hurt the prisoner. It was only when the Joker turned his attention to him and began to ride up against Jim, that Ed finally managed to tear his gaze away and turn his back to the them in disgust. He walked up to the stairs to leave; find Oswald in the hope he could convince him to pull Joker out of here. But before he could reach the stairs, he suddenly heard Jim speak in a way he hadn't expected. Turning around, he was faced by the sight of Jim holding the Joker at knife-end. Edward watched the scene captivated and took several steps back to get a better view. ... Was this it? Was this the moment the Joker would be killed at last?

Before he could think of what to do - and if he even wanted to do anything - Oswald suddenly came down the stairs. Edward was to captivated by the situation to respond much though. At least, until Oswald shoved him out of the way. Edward threw him a glare at that.

"This is your fault, Oswald. I warned you not to get the Joker involved."

He didn't know why Oswald was so upset over it, though. If the Joker died; good riddance.

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

"Oooh. Cute."
Terror sheered the very depths of his heart. Maybe whatever heart he had left. But still there was something about this, the twisting turn of this power play that seemed to intrigue him. Erotically, the knife didn't frighten him as much as Jim's change of attitude. It thrilled him. In fact he'd been so distracted he hadn't realized his pants were still opened out.

Tickled by this little action, he leaned his neck closer, body pressing against his and the bladed part where the cold metal had touched his pale porcelains skin itched entirely for more of this excitement. "Come on, come on, come on.. Don't tease!!" His red lips managed a snarl. Daringly, he ran his hands over his chest. He hadn't any doubts neither Jim would or wouldn't do it. He could see the looks in his eyes and god he loved it!

But his head, yanking around backwards at the sound of foot steps, twisted away from the knife as his widen eyes looked over his shoulder to see the horrified figure of Oswald standing afar. Gruesomely, his voice cracked in to a fit of crackles. Oh god, why was this too funny?!

"Hey Papa bird!" He grinned, sitting up from Jim's lap, exposing all of his manly features in the process. Awkwardly, he looked down himself and did some sort of wriggle, trying to zip up his pants. "Hehehe! Well this is embarrassing." His face flushed with a bright experesssion.

"But you know what they say? When in Rome, don't drink the public water. Or was it Mexico? Either way. Oh hey! Have any of you seen J-baby? Don't tell him about this little..." He waved a hand spaciously between him and Jim. "...fiesta party here."

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Oswald made a strange little sound, rather Penguin like it might even be said, not a regal and handsome Emperor penguin, no, no, not at all -- but far more akin to the little Adele, jumpy, skittish, frightened, freaked out. Because out of nowhere, and very much literally so, Jerome Valeska launched himself at Jim, and with one vicious blow of his hand knocked the blade away -- this time for good as it skittered under an old warchest in the corner of the cellar. Jim likewise made an odd, odd sound, recklessly struggling as Jerome began to beat him, wrapping his chain around his throat, and beginning to throttle him as cruelly as possible.

Oswald ... stared.

Had to stop this! Jim was needed ALIVE. Joker, not so much. Jerome, not at all. But they were going to literally kill Jim. With a sweeping gesture of a visibly shaking hand, Oswald motioned to Edward frantically, waving him away and then forward in a confusing mind fuckery of sheer panic. "Do something! Think of something! Ed, you think you're just so smart, but now you're not worth your keep! Do something, get them away from Moriarty, if he dies, we lose the entire shitball we had rolling here!! Damn it man, DO something! Don't just tell me how it's all my fault!!"

Jim was turning purple, and croaking out very weak and indistinct phrases aimed at a non present Sherlock and Sebastian. They, for the most, involved eternal love, hope, flowers and candy, and romantic seaside adventure times. He was, in a word, delirious. Jerome sank his teeth into Jim's throat and shook, like a manic pit bull in an old time battle ---- and Jim finally remembered how to scream.

Oswald felt faint. Lose Moriarty = lose the whole shebang. No more warning to others, if he wasn't alive to tell the tale. Just death wasn't much of a threat, really.

"Ed- WARD!!"

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Post by Edward Nygma Thu Sep 14, 2017 12:46 pm

Edward backed off, watching the chaos spiral into madness; as he had expected it would with getting the Joker involved. Not just Joker in fact; the young ginger too. Edward was too much in awe of what was going on to remember he should probably act now. It wasn't until Oswald started screeching and flapping his arms about that he returned to reality. He drew his gun from his pocket and pointed it at Jerome. He pulled the trigger, but all that followed was a click. ... No bullets. .. He was sure he'd left bullets in there. Someone must have gotten them out. One of Oswald's men, no doubt, on his orders. If he were Penguin he wouldn't trust him with a gun either.

Cursing to himself Ed threw the useless gun aside. Force then? No.. Force wasn't Edward's strong suit. It wouldn't do much of anything. .. So instead..

"Jack! I know who killed your wife!" he suddenly blurted out towards the Joker. "I know who you are! I know the name of the person that killed Jeanie! Let Moriarty go and I'll tell you! Kill him and I'll tell your identity to everyone else!"

There it was. A big bang that only he and the Joker would understand. See no one knew who the Joker had been before he became the Joker. No one knew where he came from. ... At least that was the common belief. Except it wasn't true. There was one person on the planet who figured out who the Joker was; and also who killed his wife which is what let the Joker spiral into madness. And that person was Edward Nygma.

Now this was a huge gamble. If the Joker had only a shred of desire left for revenge, he'd let Jim go and get the name from Edward. At the other hand, the Joker might see Ed as a liability for knowing who he'd been and being a reminder to that person and he might kill him. Or he might just be pissed over the fact Edward had kept it a secret for all this time and hurt him over it. Especially with the Joker, anything was possible.

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

He was taken back with surprise, rage and an insane amount of love. He had bitten him on the neck surely because he was jealous right? Now this got his heart going with a thud.
But of course it wasn't like Jerome to just go on and act out of jealous motions. He probably wanted to get in  on the action. Shaking that thought aside, he got up to his feet and began stomping around, cheering the little redhead on, despite the fact Jim was even going to get killed. He just wanted to see some entertainment.

"Atta boy!" He whistled, "Go J-baby!"
Never had he been so proud of Jerome. That beautiful little devilish monster!

Watching, and dancing around the two like some lunatic chanting rituals at bonfire, he really couldn't recall the last time he had this much fun! But of course all excitement had come to an end, as words dared escaped from the skinny question man's snake-like lips. Jack. I know who you are.

The laughter ceased to a dead end. His eyes vicously glared, rolling around with his head as he gave a spin.

He squinted, keeping his composture before lizard like licking his lips and waving a hand to call off Jerome.

He was never nervous. He never feared. But this time, he could only give a careless explaination. "Listen," he licked his lips again squinting his eyes downward before he kneeled to pick up the previous blade that had fallen on the floor. "Babe.." sticking the blade in his mouth and sucking thoughtfully at the metallic metal for a moment, he looked back to jerome with a raised eyebrow, shrugging. "I don't know what he's blabbing about." He rolled his eyes, waving the knife around randomly before tossing his head back to Edward and giving a loud confused and very dark snicker.

"Oh, ah, I'm not married! Not yet anyway. And I hate to break the news to ya quizzler," he automatically incorrected his villian nickname on purpose.  "I'm not a Jack. "

He wasn't going to tell jerome anything about his past. Especially the married part. God, if Jim made him jealous, who knows how he would react to that?

The Mansion - The Cellar Empty Re: The Mansion - The Cellar

Jim had passed out, in a cacophony-flurry of panic and sheer rage.

Jerome hesitated, then stopped entirely, letting the small Irishman drop down, and Oswald raced to gather him as best he could. Small Oswald, small Jim, small Jerome. It was a theatre-play of smol, all of them just as lethal and deadly as they could possibly be. Jerome was focused on his lover, his everything. Nothing else mattered, everyone else here in this room could fuck off, the entire seven galaxies could fuck off and burn to ashes, in fact all Universes multiple and many could go to a gasp of space-dust right at this very moment and that was just motherfucking A OK. What mattered was what the Riddler had just said. Young Jerome didn't care who Joker had been in name or deed, none of that had much meaning really. But what did matter ...

A Bitch?

Really?

Did he love her more, back in the day?!

Jerome went to Riddler and stood very close to Ed. So close their breaths could be said to be mingled, familiar, intimate, just - close-close. "Tell me what you know. And I mean right, right, right, right, RIGHT fucking now, Stickboy. Non negotiable any other way. Spill it, or I spill anything you might have tucked inside you. I'll do it with my bare hands." He shot a backwards glance at Oswald carrying off Jim to another, less near fatal place to be imprisoned, struggling and dragging him -- and - not looking at Joker - back again.

"Talk."

"Fast."

"Because he's gonna kill you to."

"Stop that happening."

Edward gave the Joker a look of outrage when he denied who he was. "..Don't LIE to me, Joker! I know who you are, and you know I know. And if you don't want the whole world finding out I suggest you leave Jim moriarty be and..-"

Edward got interrupted by the sudden really close presence of one Jerome. Edward looked down at him in disgust, fighting the urge to step away. He didn't want to make Jerome see he was afraid; even if he was somewhat.

"Listen, kid. This is none of your concern. This is between me and the Joker. Besides, it's a very long time ago. I was only just at the beginning of my criminal career myself. And I'm sure the Joker doesn't want anyone else to know; and you probably don't want that either."
